How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders processed before 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders processed after this time will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where do you not ship?
We do not ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) or U.S. protectorates such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
What shipping options are available?

- Standard: 5-7 business days
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, PO Box addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping options.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@vervazi.com within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a form of refund.
What should I expect during peak season?
During peak times like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season (December 12-25), delivery times may be delayed, and we cannot guarantee the usual shipping speed. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy periods.
What is your return policy?

How do I request a return or refund?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, discovery sets, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How long does it take to process a return/refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
How do I join the loyalty program?
You are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program when you sign up for an account on our website. No additional steps are required!
How do I earn points?
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. You can also earn points through non-purchase actions like signing up, celebrating your birthday, and following us on social media.
How do I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed for discounts or Vervazi gift cards. 1000 points = $10 off or a $10 gift card. Simply apply your points at checkout.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire on a rolling 12 months from your last eligible loyalty program activity date. Be sure to use them before they reset!
Can I opt out of the loyalty program?
