At Vervazi, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including all U.S. states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we do ship to the following locations and duties and import taxes will be charged at checkout as applicable:
- Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Express: 2-3 business days
- Standard: 5-7 business days
Note: 'Bad Address' submissions may affect shipping time, so please ensure to input the correct address to avoid delays
Shipping Costs & Offers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
- Free Shipping Offer: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $95 within the United States (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii). (delivered within 5-7 business days)
- For Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & Military Zones: We offer a discounted rate of $9 standard shipping on orders over $95. Delivered in 7-8 business days
Order Processing
Orders given the Processing status prior to 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST on a business day will typically ship the same day. Orders given the Processing status after 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST will typically ship the next business day.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. All promised shipping dates refer to business days only.
Note: “Day one” is considered the day after your order is initially promised to ship. (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping to PO Boxes
We are able to ship to PO Boxes; however, please be aware that PO Box addresses are not eligible for express shipping methods and will only be delivered via USPS.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & Military Zones
Territories we ship to include: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa
We are able to ship to these regions; however, please be aware that these regions are not eligible for express shipping methods. Only standard shipping is offered with an SLA of 7-8 business days delivery.
Also please note: Shipping to these regions may incur higher costs due to the distance and logistical complexities. Rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and duties may be calculated at checkout as applicable.
Shipping During Peak Season
During peak season, including the following dates, delivery times may be delayed, and the promised shipping speed cannot be guaranteed:
- The Friday after Thanksgiving (Black Friday)
- The week of Cyber Monday
- The first week of December
- Mondays during December
- December 12-25
- New Year’s Eve

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. This may include a tracking number or other details to help you monitor your package’s delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@vervazi.com within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it, ensuring that you receive your order or a form of refund.

- We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Please account for this when estimating your delivery time.
