Vervazi Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Instagram giveaway! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules:

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Vervazi, LLC. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to U.S. residents only.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Vervazi, the collaborating creator, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow @vervaziofficial and the collaborating creator’s Instagram account.
  • Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
  • Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must tag 3 different friends.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins upon the time of posting and ends on Thursday, January 16th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A full-size bottle of Vervazi Truth Eau de Parfum.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced in an Instagram Story and tagged.
  • The winner will also be notified via a direct message from the @vervaziofficial account within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

7. Winner Confirmation

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified. If no response is received, another winner will be selected.
  • Once the winner confirms, a story will be posted to officially announce them as the giveaway winner.
  • The winner will receive a discount code to order their prize directly from the Vervazi website. This process ensures that no personal address or information is disclosed to Vervazi via Instagram direct messages.

8. Shipping

The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost, provided the shipping address is within the United States. Vervazi is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost items during shipping.

9. Privacy

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vervazi shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Modifications

Vervazi reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
