Vervazi Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

We appreciate your loyalty and are excited to offer you exclusive benefits through our Vervazi Loyalty Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • The Vervazi Loyalty Program is only available to USA residents. 
  • The Vervazi Loyalty Program is open to individuals who create an account on our website and are at least 18 years of age, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Account holders are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program upon signing up. If you do not wish to participate, you may opt out by contacting us at support@vervazi.com.

Earning Points

  • You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
  • Points can also be earned through non-purchase activities such as:
    • Signing up for an account.
    • Celebrating your birthday with us (please ensure your birth date is included in your account profile).
    • Checking out our social media platforms.
    • Writing a product review
  • There are no exclusions on purchases eligible for earning points, but taxes and shipping are not included in the points calculation.

Point Expiration

  • Expiry date is 12 months from the latest date of the customers last eligible activity
  • Points continue validity for a rolling 12 months based on the eligible date before they expire and reset.
  • Eligible activities include joining the program, earning points and redeeming points
  • Points cannot be extended or carried over beyond the expiration date.

Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts only.
  • Redemption Rate: 1000 points = $10, 2000 points = $20, 3000 points = $30.
  • Gift cards and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Returns and Points Adjustments

  • If an item is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your loyalty account.
  • If you used points to purchase an item that is later returned, we regret to inform you that the redeemed points will not be reissued because the coupons are one-time use only and non-refundable.

Non-Transferability

  • Loyalty points are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or combined with other accounts.

Modifications and Termination

  • Vervazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
  • If the program is terminated, you will lose your access to the points in the loyalty program and will no longer be able to earn or redeem points, but you will still have valid discount codes or gift cards for already redeemed points in your email records.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

  • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or manipulating points, will result in the loss of loyalty points and possible account suspension or termination.
  • Vervazi reserves the right to take necessary legal actions to address program abuse.

Privacy

  • Participation in the loyalty program is subject to this policy and also Vervazi's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which detail how your data will be used.
  • Your data may be used for targeted marketing and to provide you with special offers and communications about your point balance.

Opting Out

  • If you wish to opt out of the loyalty program, please contact us at support@vervazi.com.

  • If you choose to opt out of the loyalty program or are excluded for any reason, you will lose access to all earned points and will no longer be able to earn new points.

    However, if you have already redeemed rewards, you can still access those via the email confirmation you received at the time of redemption. The redeemed reward codes will continue to function as normal.

    Additionally:

    • Your referral link will no longer be active or usable.
    • You will not be able to see the loyalty program Launcher after logging into your account.

Bonus, Tiers & Promotions

  • From time to time, we may offer special bonus point promotions or campaigns.
  • Our loyalty program includes VIP tier levels with exclusive benefits:
    • Bronze: Entry-level tier with basic earning rates.
    • Silver: Mid-tier with exclusive offers and bonuses.
    • Gold: Top tier with the highest rewards and premium benefits.
  • Members have one calendar year to achieve a VIP tier which will accrue to their status of the next calendar year.

Program Communications

  • Your loyalty points and rewards balances will be available in your account dashboard.
  • You will receive updates about your point balance and special offers via email and order confirmations.
  • Special campaigns, offers, and tier-related benefits will be communicated through email.

Important Notes

  • Combining Rewards: Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the loyalty program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
